Trail Maintenance Reporting Form
The Forest Service has put together a standard reporting form for their trail maintenance. The purpose of this is to assist them in accurately recording the great work that you all have been doing for years. They would like, but not necessary, one filled out for each trail # and NOT grouped into one. This allows them to be more efficient with their planning. Pictures and GPS coordinates are very helpful along with the report. Let us know if you have any questions.
There is no financial benefit for PANTRA in filling out and submitting a form. The benefit is to document to the Forest Service, and other non-motorized trail users, the work and 'value' of off-road motorcycle users in clearing and maintaining our trails.
Simply print out the form below, fill out the fields that apply to the work that you preformed, and send/email the completed form along with any pictures or GPS coordinates to PANTRA and we will forward them to the appropriate Trail Managers for the area the work was preformed.
If emailing, attach your completed form to PANTRA's Contact Form and put "Trail Maintenance Reporting" in the subject line when sending.
