Idaho Non-Resident Pay-to-Play OHV Legislation (2019)

House Bill 75 (H75) has been introduced in the Idaho Legislature that will eliminate reciprocity between Idaho's neighboring states.  H75 will require non-resident OHV users to purchase Idaho's OHV stickers for off-road travel in Idaho and require Idaho residents to purchase non-resident OHV stickers for off-road travel in each state they recreate in.

PANTRA's position is we are against H75 for the reasons summarized in the .PDF below.

We are asking our members, and other OHV users who would be affected by this Legislation, to email all of Idaho's Elected Officials and voice your objection to H75 and help preserve the reciprocity we have with our neighbors.

At the bottom of this page are the emails of all of Idaho's Elected Officials.  Simply group select the emails below, cut and paste them to Bcc on your email program, then send your email/position on H75 to ALL of Idaho's Elected Officials.
