Moses Lake Sand Dunes
The area consists of about 3,000 acres of year-round sand dunes riding with an additional 3,000 acres of mud flats, sand dunes, and trails that are only open from July 1st through October 1st.
Primitive camping is permitted but with no services with the exception of one vault toilet (which is often in disrepair and disgustingly dirty).
Whip flags are required and enforced.
