PANTRA

The Hell's Canyon Loop is a half day ride for 'capable' beginner riders and above.

The staging area will be at the end of the pavement on Hayden Creek Road (see map).  We would like to leave at 11:00 so please get there early enough to be geared up and ready to ride by then.

The Hell's Canyon loop is a relatively easy fast paced 35 mile loop.  The single track trails on the loop include:

  • Hell's Canyon (up)
  • Canyon Forks
  • Barney Creek
  • Nicolas Creek
  • Hell's Canyon (down)

See you there and guests are welcome!

We are new member. Family of 6. 2 of us will be joining hells canyon ride. Didn’t know if we needs to notify anyone we plan to attend. What is the best way to get plugged in? General meeting? We are riders from 45 to 10 years of age. Would love to connect with family groups as well as moderate to advanced rides for me and my 16 year old. Do I just watch the calendar? Thx for any info you can pass on. Also, we will participate in calls to action as the opportunities arise. Have a great day

Welcome to PANTRA Mike (& family)!
The best way to get plugged in is simply by joining which you’ve already have. We send out emails to all our members about a week before a club ride or event is scheduled. When early registration is required for an event, members will be notified 4 weeks or more in advance with periodic reminders. In addition to emailing our members, we also post club rides and events on our Facebook page too. Our Facebook page is also the best place to connect with family groups and individuals for other non-PANTRA sponsored rides.

Our monthly meetings are the second Wednesday of each month where we cover club business and set the dates for club rides and events. The dates are then put on our website calendar shortly after the meetings.

Looking forward to meeting, and riding with, you and your family. See you soon!

Just moved to area this summer, was wondering if I could join your ride this Saturday?

You are more than welcome to join us! This is just a fun half day ride for PANTRA members and friends to get a little seat time before the season comes to an end.

It’s only a 35 mile loop so I think all you’ll need to carry is some water and maybe a snack or light lunch. Most of the trails are on the lower end of intermediate with a couple technical sections that are on the higher end of intermediate. We follow standard trail protocol and wait for the rider behind you at all intersections so we’ll be going as fast as the slowest rider. My guess is we’ll be on the trails for 3 to 4 hours.
